National Thank a Teacher Day 2024 is on Wednesday 19 June. It isn't just about teachers; we would like to celebrate every single member of our education community, including support staff, and everyone who plays a vital role in shaping children's lives.
It is easy for students, parents and carers to participate in this year’s initiative by sending free, limited-edition personalised e-cards to as many staff members as they wish to send to.
On National Thank a Teacher Day itself, your thank-you messages could be read out by celebrities and featured on shows including BBC One’s The One Show, Good Morning Britain, BBC News, Blue Peter, and Newsround along with national press.
